Do any of you do sled pushes? Thinking of doing them for cardio.
 
Push a prowler 1x week. Pull a speed sled laterally 1x week too. Great form of conditioning. You can push hard and later you won't be sore. Also do farmers walks, EMOM's w/ steel log, and yoke carries from time to time.
