I need to do stuff like that I do it then get lazy about it. The foam roller helps big time its just painful the tissue inside and around thighs gets stuck to the muscle and makes me tight as fuck. I need to buy a roller and do it at home

You can get a piece of PVC pipe too, that'll get you good. I like the Lacrosse ball for the glutes, I might get the balls to try it someday. LOL
