First set around 20 but then I drop to like 10-12 on second set then 8-10 on third set. I guess I blow my load on my first set or I don't rest enough between sets.

Use like a tricep push down rope, the rings, my gym has 4 different width neutral bars that start with hands almost together to them being shoulder width. Ya. You will find that and you find the other if you look hard enough. Different strokes for different folks is what it comes down to I guess. I personally know phil and he says both.
