Is back with a vengeance getting dizzy, nauseous as FUCK can barely walk literally
Thinking no choice but Dr again
Already I have next to zero sleep 30-45 minutes TOPS at a time every night
Trashed Thyroid
Nuro fatigue
Then my physical shit BUT impossible to fight through physical shit when you can't even move
