F.I.S.T. Oven Baked BBQ Spare Ribs




Total Time: Little Under 3 hrs
Servings: 8

Ingredients

Beef ribs, 4lbs
1 Cup of Fat Free Spicy BBQ Sauce
1 Large Red Bell Peppers,Diced
1 medium Onion,mined
Low Sodium Beef Broth, 1 cup,
Garlic, 4 cloves,minced


Directions
Cut the ribs in half, and place each half in 9X13 pan, pour 1 cups beef broth & BBQ sauce over ribs, 1/2 each mined onion and bell pepper,& 2 cloves of garlic. Cover with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours at 350F or until meat is fork tender. Remove meat from pan and pour juice into a sauce pan, bring to a boil and reduce by half for gravy if desired.

Pour some of the gravy brown rice and serve with ribs.

Well by all means,go shopping and but em up my brother.Try them out and post up how you like them or what you would or did change.
 
Just had these again today.Had them with corn on the cob,and tuna/pasta salad.
