I'll start,mine was legs.I already posted my workout in another thread so I wont post it again here.

CHest, delts, tris

main movements were bench- 345 x 5 x 2
dumbbell press 100 x 3 x 10
cgbp 275 x 3 x 6

then just a bunch of accessory movements
 
Pull ups,
lat pull down
rows
straight bar curl
dumbbell curl
finished with leg lifts
30 minutes cardio with heart rate around 130-140
 
Supposed to do Lower body, with a Deadlift emphasis but wife was sick so swapped out my Saturday workout for tonight: Arms and Intervals

Superset:
4x10 Ez bar cable curls
4x15 Straight bar pressdowns

Superset:
Incline DB curls 3x12
Ez bar Skull Crushers 3x15

3 Rounds:
Row 1000m
rest 4min
 
Back and shoulders
 
Chest today.Here's this mornings workout........

Incline Bench Press-----------4 Sets of 6
Incline Dumbbell Presses------4 Sets of 8
Flat Bench Press--------------4 Sets of 6
Forward Lean Dips------------1 Set of 15 with 35lb plate
Push Ups----------------------2 Sets of 50.

Elliptical for 30 minutes.
 
Lower Body Deadlift Focus

Deadlift 4x3 - 80% of 1Rm
Deadlift 1x as many reps as possible - 80% 1Rm
Squat 5x7 70% of 1Rm
BB Stiff Leg Deadlifts 4x8
Step ups 3x15 each leg
Leg Extensions 2x20

Followed by a Pop tart and 2 scoops of Whey Isolate
 
Mental workout today! Off the Iron. Focused on some research both school and bodybuilding related. Set up food prep list for tomorrow. Success starts with knowledge.

Nothing wrong with that man.This lifestyle is a lot more than just working out if you wish to be successful.

Flat BB Bench 1xfailure @ 80% 1Rm
DB Seated Arnold Press 3x15
Incline Smith Mach Press 4X12
Dips 4x8, Heavy
100 Pushups for time
 
I was throwing weight around like a kid having a tantrum.
god dam toys too light
 
didnt have one, no heart to lift
