freezer burnt is nothing 4 a chef 😛
 
Double meat chicken chipotle.. W 1/2/cup brown rice.. And a whey protein peanut butter truffle ..
 
Crock potting some chicken in Chili Verde Salsa with black beans and brown rice.
 
went to Arbys and ate a angus steak w/ bacon an Arbys max roast beef large curly fries and large jalapeno poppers

1 1/2 cups of Veal cubes with fire roasted salsa,1 cup of Quinoa with herbs and tomatoes,and 6oz of Greek yogurt.Glass of water with fresh lemon.

That reminds me I'm overdue for some good fried chicken.
 
Popeyes is where it's at! I been eating salmon and brown rice for the last 4 weeks. I need a cheat meal soon!!!!
 
My dinners are pretty clean, but it's breakfast that gets me excited. Just finished 3 eggs, 4oz grilled steak, oatmeal with fresh strawberries, small OJ and a whole wheat English muffin with honey and ground cinnamon.

That's more carbs than usual, but I'm moving my workout to this morning in order to make meetings this afternoon.

On a less exciting note I also had fish oil, Vitamin E and Saw Palmetto.
