6 eggs, 2 pieces bacon, bagel
 
1/2 a big container plain fat free greek yogurt, 2 scoops cookies and cream whey protein with fresh blueberries and strawberries
 
Ground turkey and veggies
 
Had the kid with me so was Macdonalds. Normally I don't eat out but do cause the kids don't like good food lol.
 
High protein no fat Greek yogurt, 2 scoops whey protein, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries
 
Homemade Ramen with egg noodles and chicken and homade pickled red onion and peppers, then some cottage cheese and a 30 gram of protien shake.
