Casio G-Shock or Timex Ironman.
guess it depends on if you want sporty like the G-shock or more dressy buliva / Invicta or a tool watch like a Wenger dive watch all very reasonable probable all under 200$ really you can get a nice dakota watch for 40$ or less

I just don't want one that is too bulky. I had a men's G Shock years ago but it was too bulky and heavy for my small wrist and I sent it to a friend in Canada.

Get a baby g-shock or fit bit charge and get a more casual band
