LED lighting in home....hypothyroidism?

So since I moved in the first quarter of 2016, I've been living in a house with ALL LED lighting due to efforts in power conservation.

I also have all LED lights at my work location.

Since moving, I've been unable to figure out what the problem is...I just wasn't healing from anything. I was always unusually exhausted, short of breath, and my digestion was terrible. Most days I could barely eat, but i'd be starving and feeling like I was in hypoglycemia. Food just wouldn't digest and my stomach wouldn't empty. I was always cold, achy...joints killed me all the time. Almost always breaking out like I had bad e2 fluctiations even though I wasn't cycling. A lot of the general symptoms of hypothyroidism as well, with no explainable cause.

I changed the lights in my house to incandescent bulbs this afternoon, and I feel like life is slowly coming back to me.
Appetite is back to normal after 7-8 months...feel warm again, psychologically I feel a lot better as well. Overall level of pain dropped probably 75%.

Am I imagining this? Did I just fix hypothyroidism (or something similar) by changing my lightbulbs?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

light can have a huge impact on us so i am not surprised you feel much better now. i am not a doc so cant explain the biology of it but also from my own experience light can have a big part in how we feel, which is not strange at all

From what I'm reading, LED's put off too much blue light and not enough red/yellow and can cause problems.

Obviously I need to get some more sun exposure, but living in WA that's kind of tricky.

I recognize a few symptoms that I have (aching body, stomach not emptying ....). How do I know for sure that LED is the culprit?

Light can in fact cause issues

It's kinda crazy how everything is moving into LED, that's all I install when installing lights. LED everything now, it never personally effected me but I have heard some people get weird off them.

Soon all lighting will be LED, Retro fits are simple and quick and LED lighting saves people a lot of money on their bills as well never having to change a lamp or ballast again.

It's a money saver.

Erik is a pretty sharp individual. All kidding aside, if he said it was affecting him..... It was....
