they were 10 years ago i still manage 'usually' fight through everything and get jacked still, nowhere near as my prestrokes back then I averaged 270-280 after cut, over 300 on bulk, easily pressing 5 plates a side

Still for a gimp got up to 260 this bulk, 365 or so bench not bad for basically one arm

This now however has me fully out I cant even walk from car to the gym

It kept giving me false readings . gonna get an adult large cuff. I might be close to 19in. Now. They were 19 1/2 before but i was 265 then im about 250 now.

So i used a adult large n it was high normal 149/78. Better than 2 something over 130 something. Lol
