How to get america...

Of course a diet high in fruits and veggies, and low in animal fats will lead to healthier heart characteristics... But, why eat a diet that really only focuses on one specific part of the many different systems in the body. Focus on one area leads to negligence of every other

Animal fats are not related to heart disease, it's a huge misconception. Saturated fats, and cholesterol are heart protective. The problem with saturated fats is when you combine them with simple carbohydrates. I posted some info about this in the what the health thread. There was another study done called the pure study, and it showed fruits and vegetables to be neutral, not really good or bad for you. I understand you can manipulate a study to show anything.
