Holy Hammy cramp

So prd most ever since my gimpness today without a liftoff, did more before but with lift off

Both my hammies cramped pushing the weight bad, hours later still that after cramp feeling.

No its not because of sodium , pickle juice etc its after effect of gimpness but usually when it occurs its only 1 leg and shorter lasting.
