hello to all. Im from west coast USA. referred by Hanzo. been training for about 15 yrs. started gear about 2 yrs ago. still learning and trying for the best mixes. this looks like a great site with much knowledge threading thru. advice and experiences welcomed. im at 5'7", about 215. still trying to cut bf to single digits. somewhere around 12%-14% now. glad to be here.
