Toast the ingredients in a frying pan and maybe add some mct oil for fatty acids

1 banana
1 cup oats
1/4 cup dry coconut
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup dried dates
Handful of almonds or cashews
Scoop peanut butter
1 scoop choc protein (whey isolate)
3 Tbls Splenda
Ice
Water
