Bpc 157 and tb 500 - do they work for muscle injuries?

I hurt my back deadlifting a year ago. Went to the Dr., got an MRI, and I have two broad based herniated discs in my lower back. I didn't know this for a long time and continued to push through the injury. At one point I was doing squats of 315 3 X 10 ass to grass. After the injury I could barely squat 315 a single time.

Now, I can still lift but no squatting or deadlifting. Worse, my lower back muscles are constantly sore. If I lean forward slightly to wash dishes for 10 minutes my lower back cramps up. I am at the point now where I need to do something. I've tried spinal decompression and PT but I'm not healing. I can't see how BPC 157 or TB 500 would fix my discs, but would they potentially help my muscle cramping/soreness/strains?

Tb500 will not fix herniated discs. I've used it quite a bit for muscle and tendon repair, but have only had mediocre results with it. It's hard to get a real good, consistent source of quality Tb500. As far as the Bpd 157, I don't have any experience with it.

Thanks TSizemore.

I think I'm going to go with the BPC 157.

Ive used them both, Tb-500 is a very good systemic anti inflammatory, way better than Tylenol but not magic. BPC-157 may work but slowly it will takes months of daily site injections to see a change and its quite expensive by that time

I got pretty insane results for my elbow and shoulder pains with this combo, but that’s strictly tissue. I think it’s worth trying. Recon peptides is who I used
