So.. i have like no ass. Lol never had an ass. Also. I have a bit of scoliosis and a gimpy right foot and ankle. Even leg press puts my lower back in pain, but at least my ankle is letting me workout with a leg press again (had right ankle crushed some 8 years ago which had made any real lower body workouts painfull. Cant deadlift or squat. My quads are building back up and so are my calves but need help with gluted on shit i can do that wont put tok much stress on lower back and wont need me to bend my ankle a lot lol. But in tired of being that "he skipped leg day" guy lol.. for years i did but with good enough reason lol.
