Cissus

i have knee issues. It is basically bone on bone, no ligaments and arthrosis. Surgeon recommends a knee replacement. I will make a decision soon but grim says that cissus could offer some relief. Did anyone use it and if so at what doses, for how long and did it help?

How big are the caps? That's always an issue for me ....

they all differ and you can get bulk powder

they are smaller than a 1000 mg fish oil softgel but i would say they are still larger than the average capsule
