What are your main sources of protein? In order for me is chicken, eggs, beef, and salmon.
 
i just became a pescatarian, so eggs, beans, tofu, nuts, tuna, salmon, etc.
 
still eggs, non fat cottage cheese coming in, canned tuna
 
Egg whites, tilapia, lean beef, protein powder.
thats 1 thing im doing different diet is wholeeggs not eggwhites and less protein powder can definitely see/feel a difference in a negative way
