privnote.com but located offshore?

so a friend was telling me about privnote.com which is pretty sweet but its servers are located in the US. Is there a service like that anyone knows of, but offshore?

I don't know tbh, Panama, Holland, Sweden I believe are some top locals.
Then you got Russia, Asia, etc
