What could be causing these horrible lower back pumps I have all day!? I'm not on dbol or any oral that could cause that! Wat do yall think?

I get back pumps whether on cycle or off.....no rhyme or reason. ....And shit do they hurt! If you ever find out a cause or explanation, let me know. I just push through them, I've found if I sit on my hands inbetween sets, it helps to alleviate the pressure.
