Cilantro, half a lime or lemon, garlic, onion, olive oil and adobo seasoning.
Sprinkle adobo on to the chicken (both sides) let sit for about 1 hour.
Put the cilantro, onion (I use half of a big one) and garlic (I use half to full head) in food processor and blend.
Put the chicken in a large zip lock bag. Add contents of food processor and about 1/4 cup olive oil and in to the bag. Squeeze lime or lemon in next. Close bag and let it sit for 12-24 hours and grill.
