It’s been a few years since I have been around. Happy to see a lot of the same members still here. I have been back in the gym since the beginning of the year. I get trt from doc. Whopping 200mg every 14 days. I’m almost 50. Just looking to not be a slob and take care of my health. Good to see you guys
My first number was 160. After two months they checked and it was 280. That’s with 200mg every 14 days. I definitely feel better but of course they don’t want to increase it yet. The range is 300-1000. Honestly I would be happy middle of the road around 700. If they don’t increase I will probably use some prop in between and drop it couple weeks before I give blood
