i been passing out lately def need more sleep

I don't get enough !!!
If I get 4-5 a nite , I'm good !!! But on my days off , I'll get in a nice nap of 4-5 hours with my reg sleep !!!
Love to sleep man !!!

i get 6-7 during week days... but sleep in a bit on sat or sun... get 10 or 12 plus

I used to get 4-5 hours a night. Now I get 6-8 a night. It makes a world of difference as you get older.
