F.I.S.T. TILAPIA AND PROTEIN BLEND.

Earlier today I made some Tilapia with lemon and garlic butter sauce and for the side I had a Birdseye SouthWestern Protein Blend Steamer.I recently found them in the supermarket and they're pretty good and have a good nutritional profile.

I forgot to write down the exact nutritional info but here's an about....
