Don't get me wrong, when I say dismantle the EPA I say in the context of creating a new agency from the ground up. An agency that is directly responsive to Congress on a regular basis. I believe their main concern should be Industrial, commercial pollution levels. The States should set their own limits on vehicle emissions. Just my .02
