220-221 pounds...Loose skin and water plus some flab of course...

Plan is continue to lose fat this summer, fall build muscle back into the stretched skin.

I am not used to being this small!

I hear you brotha. Battling depression and anxiety right now. The gym is the only thing keeping me sane until i can figure out a medication that works. currently on lexapro. not noticing much of a difference.

With that said though, its very evident your foundation is solid. stay the course!

Lookin pretty lean man! I dnt know all your background but its clear that your body has changed shape more than once. Always great to see someone succeeding and moving toward their goals. I wish i could get that kind of toned though!

lol yeah the marks are bad..
grew over a foot 1 summer
lots of them from the gym
was in coma and meds made me blow up to 350 pounds
PLUS regular life being out of shape, body been through hell! 😛
