Well, since this is like SO stone age, I figure what the hell. Im going to pick some up. Reason, I lose a lot of water on the keto diet. So im thinking it will help me retain.

I was going to mix it with a shake or something, thye have flavorless at the shop
 
My suggestion is to pick up MICRONIZED Creating Mono.... Plain mono can cause stomach issues and, in my case, sometimes kidney stones. Micronized dissolves better and more is actually absorbed in the body.
