Blasting and cruising

How long do you guys wait between blasting and cruising? Now don't tell me you wait time on time off bc I know you fuckers lol.
I ran a 9 week cycle and have been cruising on 4 weeks of test e 200mgs

I usually cruise for 6-8 weights mane! On occasion 4-6! Then back to the DIGITAL MUSCLE! ;D 😉 🙂

I don't recommend this for noobs but I'm never off, just change compounds depending on the time of year. Well, that's not entirely true, I come off 90% just before a show then back on after

If you're talking about a true blast and cruise, then.....you don't have any time off. Blast your cycle for however long, then cruise on 100-150mg. The only timing issue would be for how long you cruise. Cruise time IS JUST LIKE your off time. When you're done cruising, it's back to the blast. Just try to keep your cruise time as long as the blast time.
