best prepaid card for international purchases

i have a walmart money card ... and now it no longer allows international purchases!!!!

what's the best card to get for that... needs to be visa for most sites i have seen... vanilla, greendot, ????

I think I used a moneypack visa (other card they make/not the one we usually use) for a international purchase and worked fine with aurapharma. But they also have verifypayment center handle it, so not sure if it was actually international or not. Call visa, can't hurt to ask.
