Anyone ever have a tendon injury?

Last year the doctor told my I had Tendinopathy in my shoulder. He believes a tendon in my shoulder was not as strong as it should be and that's why I was having pain when I was bench pressing.

It took me about a year to fully recover. I took weeks to months off then did multiple stretching excersises and even light weight with slow controlled reps.

I was just wondering if anyone else on here has any tendon related injuries and if so, how long did it take u to recover?

I had my shoulder dislocated in a way that only happens 1 out of every 90 times a shoulder is dislocated,had to call in a specialty surgeon,10,000$ medical bill.My tendon still pops when I put it under my head to go to sleep.For about a month I couldnt take a deep breath without snatching on that tendon.That was the worst part of the injury,and to some degree it never completely healed back.

I have had both of my shoulders operated on, torn rotator cuff tendons and bicep long head tendons. I also have tendonosis in my quad tendon at my knee. $40k per shoulder and 3 years recovery total.
