i do very light weight compared to what i once did, getting old, injuries, my bad side etc
i dont even flat bench what i used to reverse close grip press but ohwell
hell used to beable to curl more than i bench currently
dumbbells incline i use 25-30 lbs currently, i see looks and snickers from young punks but ill have the last laugh...
