Alright guys, as promised I'm starting up this log. Everything will be AEL as always unless I need something at some point that they don't carry which I will notate.

I am going to be doing some serious training, proper eating & growing this offseason. I'm coming out of the gate swinging. We had to pull out of our second show due to death in family and some health issues my wife was having, but my plan in a seriously 6 month growth phase and on stage again in March.

As of Tuesday morning I weighed 189.3, right around 1lb over my stage weight from 4 weeks ago, I had started full depletion that day and we decided that night to pull out of the show. I gave myself that night and then wed and Thurs to eat whatever I wanted and do no cardio or training, I'm feeling awesome today but have some serious edema lol. I did start up my offseason super supps protocol on Wednesday however so I am feeling ready to hit the gym today! Starting protocol is as follows:

Sust 1g/wk
Eq 600mg/wk
Deca 400mg/wk
HGH 4 IU ED split 2/2
T4 100mcg ED
Prami 0.25mg mwf
Adex 0.5mg mwf

I have a pretty nice natural stack going as well for overall health and for carb transport. I will be taking metformin at 500mg am and 500mg pm throughout this offseason for insulin sensitivity and nutrient partitioning.

This is my am/PM stack:
Multi vitamin
1000mg vit c
1000mg fish oil
1000mg cla
R-ALA 150mg
L-carnitine 500mg
Metformin 500mg
4 caps Flexible (joint health)
2 tab liv 52

I will also start humalog post w/o once my body balances out with water and whatnot probably next week at 4-8 IU Post workout with gh.

My current daily macros are:
4021 cals
394 p
335 c
121 f
I will also be taking in bcaas and glutamine Pre and post workout and utilizing karbolyn post workout.

My training split will be 4 on 1 off repeat and will be:
chest/front delts/abs
back/rear delts/traps/calves
side delts/bis/tris/abs
quads/hams/calves.

I will be doing legs last in rotation simply to have the day off after leg day each rotation for recovery and growth as they are my main focus this offseason.

I'll bump my dosages throughout this, add Orals here and there and also utilize test suspension a few days a week pre workout at 75-100mg pre workout.

I'll be updating this daily for the most part and when I get some strength back I will post some numbers and PRs for your reading pleasure as well lol. If I missed anything let me know. I'm excited to get this going!!

Forgot to post weight earlier, as I said MAJOR edema, so from Tuesday morning to this morning I am up 24 lbs.. 189.3 to 213.4 this AM lol, crazy. I expected like 203-205, I'm sure the 4 iu gh has a lot to do with it as well but I'm holding sooo much water. Ugh. Binge eating post show definitely does it.. anyway, this morning I got in and did 15 min fasted power walk on the treadmill, no Incline or anything just enough to get the heart rate going and some sweat coming. Just finished up chest/front delts/abs. Holy fuck that pump was unreal. Painful as hell lol.

Knocked it out in about an hr and 20 min, had a lot more endurance but all this water has me out of breath, I'm hoping it falls off tonight and tomorrow. Starting to feel the test back in my system today and I think my estrogen is finally balancing from being crashed for show so long, so in feeling better mentally for sure.

Was down to 209.3 this AM finally dropping this fucking edema.. Still holding some but not looking like an obese person anymore lol. Took a ditide tab last night before bed and did a 20 min light walk, peed a lot throughout the night and dropped 14 lbs over night. I'd say I've still been holding about 5-10 more today, I've peed a lot today so I'd say I'll drop the rest tonight. I'm still taking xpel twice per day and took another half tab ditide at noon today, did 15 min power walk this am as well. Felt awesome in the gym today, tons of energy and endurance. Banged out a nice posterior and calves session

I believe my water levels finally normalized as of today for the most part. Woke up at 206.3 so 17 lbs above what I was before my binge days lol, I can deal with that. A lot of that is muscle glycogen and some water from test and gh being added in, body composition looks a lot better. Anyway, today did 15 min fasted power walk this AM, hit medial delts, bis tris & abs.

Holy mother of the Lord my pump was insane today. My shoulders made me wanna cry the whole time lmao. The first couple weeks after full depletion and then getting nice and carbed up are absolutely insane, make normal dbol/Adrol pumps look like baby pumps gotta enjoy it.. legs tomorrow.. we will see how that low back pump goes........... :,(

I'm gonna start logging weight as gym weight as that's what I normally do offseason so it will help me compare to previous off seasons.. This morning in AM I was 211 so 22 lbs over depleted weight. Had another pretty big cheat meal last night of sushi and lots of donuts.. I'll get it under control eventually lol but I am hitting my goal of 400g protein daily and my AM and peri workout nutrition is spot on, just an extra meal every night lol. Gym weight was 220, definitely the leanest offseason 220 I've been. My body was ready to absorb and grow! Did 15 min fasted power walk this am as always. Started up ael anadrol today at 100mg Ed, took first dose pre workout. Also shot 50mg test suspension pre workout and hit a 40 set leg day.

So today gym weight was 223 and still about the same composition.. Now that I have filled out and overcompensated a bit I can tell how much I actually grew during prep.. This is the biggest I've ever been. I've never been this lean over 220. It's pretty amazing lol. I'm definitely foreseeing 250 plus at a decent composition this offseason. Did my morning power walk and just finished up chest front Delts and abs

Edema not any WORSE than it was yesterday but not any better either, but also had pizza and oreos last night before bed soooo... kept diet clean all day today, stuck to my laid out plan. Have my post workout meal In a bit and then my pre bed Meal later and then it's lights out. Although edema wasn't any worse weight was up to 231 gym weight. I'm hoping once I drop this water that that means I'm at a legit 215-220. I'm growing like a fucking weed for sure. I've never grown so rapidly before. It's insane. But I've gotta get this water under control. No more salt added to meals until it subsides. Hopefully that'll do the trick. Just finished off a bad ass side delt/bi/tri/ab session. Pump was insane and felt strong as fuck.

shit bro I had to go back and check those weigh gains. you blew up like a damn tick. Feels good getting a pump again and having your strength kick into over drive. I can feel your enthusiasm in your words. keep killing it man, but keep an eye on that edema and diet like you have been.

Yesterday was off day from the gym, started some lasix yesterday at 40mg 2x/day yesterday and today as well to get this edema down, then will probably continue with some xpel for 5-10 days to keep it at bay while my body decides what the fuck it's doing. After looking back at when it happened the second time I think it may be largely in part to the addition of anadrol on Monday, with my body being so willing to hold water as it was the addition of anadrol probably didn't help much. I'm going to back the anadrol down to 50mg per day pre workout only, I've always bloated from drol but never like this, but as I said with my body being so willing to hold onto every bit of water as it was the addition of a high water retention oral aas probably didn't help my cause. Lol. Hopefully dropping that down will help as well. It's definitely some strong ass anadrol, back pumps have been pretty ridiculous and obviously the water retention is there I have legs later I'll post update tonight

Gym weight was at 224 this evening, so down 7 lb of water from last gym session. Phew. Edema doing a lot better.. I'm thinking it may be due to estro rebound now, as I had my estro totally crashed for about 6 weeks straight with no test, lots of letro and mast, so when I ballooned up the second time would've been right around the time the letro and mast would've been pretty much cleared out of my system, I should've tapered the letro instead of just going straight back to Adex. Anyway, I bumped my Adex dosage as of today from 0.5mg 3x/wk to 1mg EOD, also bumped nolva and Prami from 3x/wk to EOD dosage of 25mg and 0.25mg respectively. This accompanied with lowering my anadrol dosage to 50mg once per day I'm hoping will eliminate this water problem I haven't been able to shake. Have never had this bad of an issue with it.

Anyway, had a,fucking awesome leg day.

Felt really strong and hit some PRs. Back was extremely pumped and everything felt overall great after my fucking headache passed. I bumped my injects up today.. couldn't wait any longer to try a new high on test. Starting now my run will be sust 1500/wk, eq 700/wk, deca 600/wk. Also I'm still currently running anadrol at 50mg pre workout, days off the gym I'll take it with breakfast. Gh is still at 5 IU ED split first thing upon waking and mid afternoon most days, some days it's late afternoon depending on my work schedule.

Followed offseason diet yesterday plus my edema is finally balanced out I believe. Nor diuretics today and I've still peed a lot and looking better than I have in a while. Weighed 226 in gym, had side Delts, bis and Tri's and it was pretty great aside from some joint pain in my right wrist/forearm.

Yesterday was a much needed rest day, my body was wrecked lol. I bumped my daily cals and protein up for my base diet (I follow a meal plan every day but I have been having a cheat meal in place of one of the meals most days and ending up over 8k cals most days.. gotta cut that shit out). Base diet is at about 4500 cals 450g protein just under 400 carbs. Hit legs today, weighed 230 and was looking better than I have in a bit.. getting strong fast. Weights way up on everything.
