Flu

I didn't get the flu shot this year because each year despite getting it I end up feeling like crap. Earlier today I started feeling feverish, I had an episode of tachycardia, stomach pain ... I tried hitting the gym but I was way to weak. Besides my body needs rest because I work both Saturday and Sunday blah.

That was my rant for today ....
