About once a year I suffer from pain in the elbow region, most of the time if I re-adjust my routine and move to the easy bar and dumbbells avoiding the bar-bell this seem to ease the pain but never cured. after months it would finally start to heal.
Reviewing some options I see there is an elbow cuff that adds support and pressure to the elbow to assist in the pain.
Has anyone had experience with this product "slingshot" and what are your thoughts?
