My god I missed them, Did several super set variations for chest today
Super sets are the shit. I also like drop sets but have to use machines unless you have a couple workout partners. Rep out drop some weight rep out drop weight then the last set after I rep out I pause count to 5 rep out count rep out count one more time rep out. Hurts like a bitch but it works
drop sets do burn you out thats for sure i always wo solo so rarely do them, i will incorporate them on cables at times
Try to incorporate muscle rounds into your training. Four-five reps wait ten seconds four-five reps for 5-6 sets. Shit will kill you. Love it. I've also incorporated BFR training on a specific arm day supersets with 30 rep range
