Only when I walk to my truck to get fast food.
Love cardio. I enjoy the rower and the glider(an eliptical type machine.) also enjoy tabata and jumping rope. I like having functional muscle and being athletic as opposed to too big to walk upstairs without running out of breath.
I love cardio but am not doing any right now, coach said none till he says and I am pretty lean but typically 40 min several times a week, I have a precor ramp glide at home

I do cardio on and off, like when I am off my diet I wont do it but when I am on diet I do it, right now I am doing 20mins 3 tims a week using a pyramid up and ramp up type routine. I increase the speed each minute for 4 mins then I drop it back down for a min but the drop down don't go to where I started at it goes to the one above it so the next pyramid up will end one higher than the pyramid up before and so forth, it is basically 4 mins pyramid up then drop down to the one above the last 4 min pyramid(thus ramping up) and do that 4 times which is 16 mins then do an all out run for a minute then drop all the way down for a cool down minute, that is 18 minutes, the other 2 minutes are the warm up minutes in the beginning before the pyramid ramp starts. I sweat my butt off doing this, more than the people that run for an hour. I drop weight real well using this plan. Thanks TMM

I do cardio. I get a Jinkette, go behind and do the bump and grind.
Is having sex really fast with hookers considered Cardio. If so I do it once in a while. lol

Absolutely do cardio. Stairclimber 3-4 X a week. 30 minutes at a time. Keeps my bodyfat low and I feel much better than when I don't do cardio. Sometimes I will do the treadmill for A change. But always do weights first.

I like doing fasted cardio, between 30 and 45 minutes on the Rotex. The earlier the better.

I have never done cardio.. Sad I know. I get enough Cardio getting out of my truck to grab beer from the gas station...
