    Those are some good ones not a lot of people do, one of my favs to get in after chest do to get a good stretch and burn is take 2 incline benches, put the a little more then shoulder with apart.. Pump out 15 reps keeping hands on top of the bench (head rest) hold in the down position for 2 seconds push back up then go to the bottom and put your hands on the ass seat and repeat
