Seven weeks into my Tren A cycle and I am actually embarrassed to do cardio. I feel like this ....
Simple solution LT....fuck cardio. Lol
The last three weeks here I am throwing in the towel. I love cardio but like I said, I am embarrassed to hop on the glider and rowing is now out of the question. I have my headphones in but I know I must sound like a cow in heat trying to catch my breath. I can normally bust out some decent cardio but these last two weeks I need a breather after tying my shoes.... I know its a common side effect but I have not been hit this hard before.
I'm the same way. I push through it. Every day
LT.. I'm running 700mg tren now.. I've always had that issue running high doses too.. My coach has me eating a SHIT TON of salmon/brown rice daily. . I'm eating 20oz (cooked weight) plus other shit. . But idk man. 2 weeks into it my bpm went from 90s to 60s and the only thing I changed was diet as UPPED my tren and my cardio isn't how it's always been. And the tren is legit. The clean diet has got to help out tremendously..
LOL... i kind of agree.. i seem to get better results...even on a cut without cardio... and when i do add it in ..as little as i can get away with
I'm on 700mgs as well and its only been the last couple weeks. I eat a lot of eggs other than that my diet is pretty clean. I am sure my BP is elevated (usually is a bit on cycle). I usually weigh about 185ish and am weighing in at a steady 193. With the Tren, added weight, I need to remember my cardio out put is just not gonna be the same. I can still do it, I just hate how I feel. All part of the game. But I love how I look
Yea. I know what you mean. I can handle the trensomnia, night sweats.. no problem but I hate to walk up steps and be winded bc of it. This go around is different. I'm still seeing cardio effects but the difference is huge right now. I can jog on treadmill with high slope and my BPM stays around 125.. when it would normally be in the 160s.. pretty noticeable. All my cardio is LISS. No HIIT right now. What I'm blaming for the help is salmon and brown rice. I think it's helped me out. I can post my diet if you'd like. We're close to same weight right now. I dropped a lot of bf and I'm 197 right now. Goal is 225.. as long as my coach keeps me lean and increasing weight I'm keeping him.
At,least for me, I work out side every day and alot,of time it's 90-95 degrees and humid alot of the time so cardio is out of the question. I save my energy for the workouts
