Back into the gym advice

    Those of you that have taken time off from the gym what advice can you provide to me on my first week back?

    Don't let what you used to be able to do affect what you can do now! Leave your ego at the front door and just start at a weight that you know you can handle with out causing a lot of undue stress. Push yourself, but not past your current limit. Once your body gets used to the activity again, it'll all come back quicker than you think.....injury free. ;)

    Thanks T. Went to gym at 2pm today and felt good. Didn't try to kill myself but more just got my workout in while thinking smart.
    It does suck to not be able to lift heavy lol.

    Definitely good to be working out again after time off. Pushing heavy weights for sure but nothing crazy.
