Well this is my first "true" cycle with Test C/E only, I'm about 10 wks in @ 600mg wk. Until now I have progressed in weight and reps, just kept getting stronger and leaner. One thing I have noticed over the last 2-3 wks during work outs is more fatigue in my skeleton more so than muscular, but it still has taken its toll slowly on over all strength. I'm assuming this is just the natural progression of things when training so much heavier since it is exactly what happens when I'm not on anything. Normally when this happens I know it's time to cycle weights back so I'm thinking that is the case here.

I guess my question then, is this a normal part of progression even when you are on cycle or should my body be keeping up with the recovery process while I'm using test until I get off of it?

Also, would increasing the dose in these last wks of the cycle over come this fatigue/recovery problem?

I never ran test, so I can't comment on increasing the dosage or anything of the kind. That said, I have ups and down when I'm juicing. I'm getting stronger at first and then, my joints start aching because of the heavier workload and I can't increase the weights anymore .....

When on you recover faster but your body still reacts the same way to being tired. I wouldnt up the dose as it wont really do any good as far as giving you more energy. You have to remember that your body is making more red blood cells meaning thicker blood making you more tired. If your looking for more energy get some b12 and do 1cc a week and see how that works.

I probably didn't explain that well. I have plenty of energy, but since I'm lifting so much heavier I have soreness in my bones and strength hasn't recovered as well as it did when I first started the cycle. I think it is like you said, my body is responding as it normally would to the excess weight, it has just taken longer and more weight to get to that point due to the test healing me up quicker.

Thanks for the help B.

De-load for a week...Every lifter I know, train or have talked to takes time off from time to time..the body needs a break not to mention your central nervous system gets fried from lifting heavy all the time...give urself a week off...or atleast...try working at 50% of ur 1rm for a weekand see if that helps..:D

Exactly! That was my plan and I felt pretty sure that was the problem since it is exactly how I feel when I'm not using. I just wanted to make sure that was the most likely situation since this is actually my first "real" cycle. I'm glad to know this is the norm from people who have been here before!

By now I have cycled weight back for 2 wks. and this is solving the problem.

Thanks to all for the help!

I agree its very important to give yourself that time off. 2 or 3 times a year is good to do your candle is burning brighter than your average BB in the gym when on cycle
