View Full Version : Sites for (self) Injection

I will be starting a cycle in about 5 weeks and was wondering about deciding on injection sites, for self-administration. It has been a handful of years since my last cycle and I remember giving myself shots in the glute, but it was always a bit challenging using the mirror and all. So , iwas wondering if anyone hadsome advice regarding outer thigh or delt injections. Should I avoid giving the shot in an area I plan to work that day or is it better to do that and get the oils heated up and moving? Thanks for the input.

Delt injects are great for me and really easy. Quad shots are easy to but really suck for me they always have me limping around for days afterward so I just rotate between my delts and glutes. Kinda thinking about trying my lats here pretty soon.

Delts are the easiet so are the quads. I personally dont do quads i stick to delts tris , traps and glutes when i can talk the wife into giving me a shot.

hmm..never tried the tris...only biceps and it was easy but haven't done em in long time...usually I do delts, quads n glutes...have tried traps n it's easy there

Without a doubt you should avoid working a muscle right after injecting it. It will cause unneeded aggravation and tissue damage. I prefer to rotate so that I either do it right after a workout or at least a couple days before.

Hey Wabbitt, thanks for the link, good info. Is is good to rotate around with all those different sites? I have seen people say that it is beneficial and others say it does no matter. Never really thought about anywhere but the glute, thigh, and delt.

I wouldn't put long esthers, (enanthate, cypionate, decanoate, etc.) into a small muscle like a bi or a calf. They are okay for a short esther like winny or prop. Fair warning though, both of those compounds tend to just be painful for some folks anywhere.
