hey just wanted to say hi to everyone here....i already see some familiar names, but to those of you that don't know me i've been training for over 20 years and compete in the NPC.....my last show was in 2001 as a bantamweight but i'm competing again in april/may as a middleweight....currently weighing between 200-205 (fluctuates daily).....if anyone has any questions or comments don't hesitate to ask....peace!

1993-2000........airborne infantry, recondo school (before they closed it at Bragg), Ranger School,PLDC,airbore school, infantry school, air assault school, and pre-BUDS (a navy school).......all that along with my normal assignments

i left at 135lbs......bulked up to 160 and then competed as a bantamweight 6 months later at 138......here's some pics over 200lbs (pretty fat mind you) at 5'5" from last month:

looking solid man keep up the good work

Im currenlty in a Marine Corps scout sniper platoon. i am going to try to hit up marsoc to become an operater hopefully after deployment. thats alot of schools. Ive been here for a year so i havent gotten nearly as much schooling.

That's a full time job. I visit 6 or 7 and it's too much already ..... How much time do you spend at the computer, sexy irish?

i watch tv while on my laptop so pretty much several hours a day when i'm not working, training, or doing schoolwork

That's what I call multitasking. I surf the boards while watching TV also ;)
