I was wondering what you guess think i should start off doing for my back before i go full out and hit the weights. It's been a couple of years since i've really hit the gym hard, about a year since i've hit the gym at all. My back always seems to get injured easily when i start working out again. I've considered yoga(which i have done in the past) to start out with but was curious to see what everyone's opinion would be. Like i said it's been a while so less would probably be more in this case.
Avoiding pretty much anything involving the back to start, you can do squats and stuff but very lightly.
With my back I have to be careful even picking up DB's that used to be light, otherwise I can take it out in a nanosecond.
Maybe light db's to start, work on your core as best you can and go from there.

Bump grim, start out slow with your back and build it back up. Be smart with the training and you should be fine.
