Never liked creatine (I get stomach upsets when taking it) but since you're off cycle, I think that it's the best supplement to run.
It gives me bloat like a mofo, but i like the results. I get better results from creatine and stacking otc supps than anything. This time though I'm not going to stack as much, the amount I used to spend on supps was nuts!

Could you post all the other OTC supps that you're taking, GRIM? I'd love to know more about the stack.
I'm not taking much at all at the moment, Creatine 'dymatize xpand with added dicreatine malate', Protein, nocturnabol, 1-carboxy, alpha drive.
Not much of a 'stack' atm.

Dymatize Xpand is the best preworkout I ever tried. I am going to pick up some of that new "energized" with all the extra caffeine:p
It's good and it's cheap!

Did you ever try xpand? I've tried lots of formulas but I love the xpand for some reason. Great mix IMHO, good tasting, and works!

I'll get it on my next order n try it....
You can yell at wabbs if you don't like.
Personally I like, you can use it pre and post workout if you want, I only use it pre.
Has a great mix, low cost, 50 servings per bucket 'for non energy version' and '40' I believe for the energized one.

It is fantastic, and you won't find vanadyl sulfate in alot of otc preworkouts. Xpand is by far the best I ever used. Pissed me off when GNC quit carrying it.
GNC is a rip off anyways!

Grimmy, I'm gonna give my body a complete 2 months break and I was wondering if creatine would help me keep my strength gains or is it a waste of money. Which creatine should I run and at what dosage? Thks.
