I must have done them a bit wrong last time, man my legs are sore and I didn't do anything to work my legs!

I have never had my legs hurt from them now my calves have takin a beatin when doin them with Big B he wheres calves out almost daily.

I find that on a toe press machine if you go to heavy you dont keep your knees locked and you try to do a leg toe press combo.

yes, I agree...that is on a standing calf raises machine

ok, gotcha! I was thinking like the HAMMER STRENGTH plate loaded seated calf....my bad bro and I know exactly what you mean...even seen people use it like a leg press
