Summers are too busy to get to the gym, but the kids started school last week, so as soon as I dropped them off on the first day, I went straight to the gym.
I've always just worked out 2 days a week, because that was all that my schedule would allow. Now, all 3 kids are old enough to be in school all day so I have lots of time for working out and doing anything else I want.
When I worked out twice a week, I did one upper body day, and one lower body day. Now that I can do 3, 4, or maybe even 5 days a week, how should I divide up the workout?
Should I do 2 upper body days, and two lower days, and possibly another day for just cardio?
