I will be in a hotel for a week any suggestions on making it easy to keep the diet dialed in. I will only be able to go out to eat 3 times a day so I need some thoughts on healthy snacks that don't require to be in a frige.

Raw almonds, tuna fish, jerky-just watch the sodium.

technically KFC is ok when u take of the skin and soak it in water for a while, wash it in dial and soak it some more, then put it in lye and wash it some more LMAO (joking of course)

yeah nuts are good, tuna pouches,, find a supermarket and get some healthy snacks ;)

Ya I swam for a while . It was a blast wife and I were talking about maybe moving back down here. When it comes to homes I sure can get a hell of a bang for my buck.

I used to stay at hotels when on vacation years ago and most have a fridge. You can keep cottage cheese, cheddar, greek yoghurt in there. Tuna cans come handy too (yeah I know, everyone hates tuna). It would be a good idea to bring your protein powder and shaker for your bedtime snack.

Sorry to hear about that bro. On my way to the airport at 4:15am it was 95. It just never cools down there during the summer. It was great in MO it was 77 I guess i brought down the weather. My mom says its usually around the 90'S. A day or 2 after I left it got up to the 90'S. Of course the day we flew in to Seattle it was cold and rainy.

Living in an aparthotel isn't too bad, that's where I'm spending this week-end.
Glad you're back home, Gator!
