1. Place the dried tomatoes in a heatproof bowl. Pour the boiling water over and cover with a plate or lid and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and stir-fry the onion, garlic and chilies over a low to medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes, chick peas, tuna, frozen peas and dried herbs. Bring the mixture to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 3 minutes.
