I don't think I would respond good to training like that I have to at least hit the same muscles each week. Plus Im so balls to the wall after a good chest or leg day I need at least 6 days of rest before hitting that muscle again.

What do ya mean Gator? You do hit every muscle every week on hst. It's specifically geared to make the muscle grow big!

I must have read it wrong then what I saw is you hit one muscle group all week long chest mon,wed,fri and thats it then the following week would be another muscle group for the week. :confused:

Lol...yeah, you read it wrong. You hit every body part three days a week. It's a progressive load program for 8 weeks, then you decondition.

Well shit I might have to read it again . If you try it lets us know how it works. Im wanting to try some new things this winter to premote more muscle growth. Im done lifting heavy ass weight to grow muscle.

Very true but that got me into a huge mess Ronnie has to be a hurting unit I don't know how anybodys body can take that abuse day after day. Someday he will have to come off of all that shit he is taking and when he does I bet he is bed bound.

totally agree and same with most pro bodybuilders and powerlifters...for those who hasn't seen Coleman's "Redemption" video, he was leg pressing over 2,000lbs for around easy 15 reps..and yes legs came all the way down to his chest and up
